Refund Policy

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! DUE TO THE UNIQUE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE OFFER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.  If there isa an issue with your order email us within 72 hours of delivery.  In the event there is damage to your product caused by the shop handling or production we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the item damaged if necessary.  WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ALL RETURNS.

Please include your name, date of order, contact information, and pictures of the defected item or items.  OUR SHOP WILL NOT REFUND PACKAGES FOR BEING LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.  CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE Postal services USED FOR DELIVERY.  ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO THE POSTAL CARRIER, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE PRODUCT UP TO DELIVERY.  We take great pride in our workmanship and will do everything within our ability to get you your dream designs custom made to your specifications, and we stand behind the work we do for you.
